AIRecords Privacy Policy

1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to your use of AIRecords (the "App"). All user data is stored locally on your device by default and is never uploaded to any server.
2. Information Collection and Use
- Local Data Storage
- Types of Data: Events, timestamps, custom attributes (e.g., tags, categories), and notes created by you.
- Storage Method: Data is encrypted using AES-256 and stored locally on your device. Backup to third-party cloud services (e.g., iCloud, Google Drive) occurs only if explicitly authorized by you.
- Permissions
- Notifications: Enabling reminders requires access to your device’s notification permissions. You may revoke this permission anytime via your device settings, which will disable reminders.
- Device Information: To ensure service stability, we may collect anonymized device metadata (e.g., OS version, device model) for diagnostics. This data cannot identify you personally.
3. Data Security
- Technical Safeguards
- All local data is encrypted using AES-256 to prevent unauthorized access.
- Regular code audits are conducted to eliminate vulnerabilities or backdoors.
- Data Retention and Deletion
- You may delete individual records or wipe all data permanently via the "Delete Account" feature. Deleted data cannot be recovered.
4. User Rights
- Access and Control
- View, edit, or delete events and attributes directly within the App.
- Export data in CSV/JSON format for backup via the "Export Data" feature.
- Opt-Out and Support
- Disable notifications or data collection anytime in Settings.

5. Third-Party Disclosures
- No Sharing: We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law (e.g., court orders).
- Backup Services: Cloud backups (e.g., iCloud) are governed by the respective providers’ policies.
6. Updates to This Policy
- Material changes will be notified via in-App prompts or update logs. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
